School Path for the Kivistö housing fair area 2015

The concept includes a network of routes and identifiable School Path elements for the Kivistö district. The School Path concept is designed to be easily adaptable and can work even with some elements omitted. The path has multiple applications, serving not only schoolchildren in the area but the community as a whole too.

The service concept was designed as part of Design for Everyday Mobility project (2011-2013) funded by European Regional Development Fund as well as the Cities of Helsinki and Vantaa.
